The poster of Idris Ajia, Ph.D. Student in Materials Science and Engineering at KAUST, was selected in the Best Poster Nominees of 2013 MRS Fall Meeting. He was invited to record a short presentation to Best Poster Presentations Session about his poster: The Effects of Grain Size on the Optical Properties of AlxGa1-xN/AlyGa1-yN MQW.
