I am a researcher in computational quantum chemistry, focusing on the design and understanding of optical and optoelectronic materials. My work centers on how the electronic structure of molecules and crystals can be tuned to develop functional materials for sustainable energy and advanced photonic applications.
I have investigated Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) with Pt(II) complexes, studying their electronic and optical properties to improve charge transfer and light-harvesting efficiency. My current project involves crystalline materials, where I use quantum-chemical simulations to connect fundamental electronic properties with experimental spectroscopy
