Biography

Research Interests:

My present research interest is focused on the growth and fabrication of ultra wide band gap semiconductor devices. I use Pulsed Laser Deposition and RF/DC sputtering systems for growing thin films and nanofabrication techniques for making devices. The goal is to understand the underlying physics and develop highly efficient semiconductor devices for deep ultraviolet range applications. Prior to this I have worked on metal-semiconductor hybrid nanomaterials for sensing applications.
