It is very essential to understand the behavior of material as this can give an insight to improve the material fabrication. Therefore, we use our time-resolved techniques for this purpose.
Time-resolved spectroscopy allows investigating charge carrier dynamics in semiconductors that are determined by the architecture and function of the respective device and directly reflect the nature and quality of wafer materials. Other spectroscopy techniques such as photoluminescence, photoluminescence excitations, electroluminescence, absorptions are necessary to study the properties of the optical materials.
